A note from David E. Buck, 1967 senior class president

Hello, Murrah'67 & Callaway'67 Classmates.

On behalf of the Reunion Team, I hope you've saved the dates of June 4-6, 2027, and the place, Jackson's Fairview Inn. Things are falling in place for an awesome time together.

The newly created Reunion Website, murrahcallaway.com along with our MHS/CHS Facebook page, will provide contact points throughout the year. The new website, compliments of Jim Loper's stepson J.R. Williams, will become more and more comprehensive during the year. We invite you to and hope you will post photos about yourself, current or past, on murrahcallaway.com. Please stay in touch with us, regularly, via the websites.

Registration opens, via the website, on November 1. Cost is $150/person for both nights, or $70 (Friday) or $80 (Saturday). We ask you to pay when you register. Registration fees are refundable up to April 30, 2027.

Some explanations. The 50th Reunion cost was $100. Food costs have risen substantially, hence the increase. Registration fees cover only the Friday and Saturday night meals. Everything else will need to be done via donations. Please refer to the FB website or my previous email for information on our "Challenge Budget", which details all the extras which private donations will help fund.

Also, FYI, Regions Bank, where we have our account, would not allow us to use a "MHSCHS" account name to receive funds, so we have entrusted that to John Spencer & David Trewolla (co-treasurers). They provide a monthly financial statement.
